Refunds to online payments
Will I receive a receipt when making an online loan repayment?
Yes, you will see a confirmation of your payment when the transaction is complete. This will display your unique transaction number. You will shortly after receive an email confirming that the payment has been successful.
What if I have paid an incorrect amount – will I be refunded?
If you have over-paid an amount via an online payment in error, please call our Customer Service Team on 01225 436 760 or email info@lesleystephen.co.uk and when we receive confirmation of cleared funds, we will refund the difference to you.
